Youth potion

youth potion

Everyone is looking for a magical potion, something to reverse the signs of aging in just a few sips. What if I told you that the solution had been sitting right in front of you the whole time!

It’s a well known fact that fruit is good for you, but have you ever questioned why it’s good for you? As you know the list of benefits from eating fruits are endless but let’s focus on what’s important …. our skin!!

There are a few fruits that are amazing when it comes to anti-aging and nourishing our skin but knowing which ones can be difficult. So I thought I would share this amazing chart I found and some delicious recipes to help you look younger and feel better.

Another great tip as we are coming into the warmer months is to replace a smoothie with a frappe! A combination of delicious coconut water, fruit and ice, instead of using milk! Healthy, anti-aging and delicious.

Coconut water hydrates the skin, helping to make it look more supple and youthful. Some studies have suggested that the antioxidants and cytokinins present in coconut water have an age defying effect on the skin. It also has significant anti-carcinogenic and anti-thrombotic properties, which help to slow the skin’s natural aging process. Plus it’s a nice cooling and refreshing beverage in the warmer months.

Pro Tip * Make every smoothie a Youth Smoothie!

Add a scoop of *freezeframe COLLAGENESIS INSIDE OUT* to give your smoothie the power packed collagen punch your skin deserves! COLLAGENESIS INSIDE OUT contains 2/3 Pure Marine Collagen Peptide and 1/3 Pure Pomegranate extract. Pomegranate extract is a powerful superfood with anti-glycation and anti oxidant properties.

Glycation (caused by sugar) is one of the main causes of collagen loss, so antioxidant pomegranate is an ideal addition to help keep your skin looking young.
